Jaine Evergreen Sauvignon Blanc

Wine Description
Each Jaine wine tells a story of the vineyard and varietal. Jaine Evergreen Sauvignon Blanc is harvested from the high-altitude, sustainably farmed Evergreen Vineyard. The crisp acidity and freshness from the cooler microclimates and the minerality from the soil make these wines truly special.

Wine Production
Crafted from the Evergreen Vineyard in the Ancient Lakes AVA.
Evergreen is a sustainably farmed, high-elevation vineyard with varied soil types that contribute complexity to the wine. The grapes are harvested early in the morning. Upon arrival at the winery, the Sauvignon Blanc is pressed, fermented, and aged entirely in stainless steel to express the purity of the fruit.
